Well I don’t think there’s anything to make sense of. He won a World Series doing this shite last year.
I vividly remember people bitching about giving Springer/Altuve/Correa days off last year. This isn’t really anything new.
IMO he’s more likely to give a guy a day off during a hot streak, than a really cold one, but I have no data to back that up
ETA: like I said, I’m not trying to call anyone out, just seems like most of the threads lately have been about Hinch and his lineup decisions

I’ll never hate someone as much as Carlos Gomez, but Marwins body language and effort has me on the verge of rage. Like, screaming at my TV. Even the way he ran around the bases after that HR. His trot was so non-chalant like he expects praise.
