Ready for white to be down 8n fresno. He just isn't a MLB player. Terrible at bat... Fouls off any Hitt able pitch and takes anything close with 2 strikes.

I think white needs to be an everyday player for someone else. His bat will be fine, he just needs routine.

He will be a good pickup for Padres.

Kemp can't replace Marwin. Marwin gives us 1B, 2B, 3B, LF, SS and occasionally RF. Kemp gives us 2nd, LF and an uncomfortable CF.

Springer is going to be signed long term

Unfortunately, I don't think Springer will be signed long term. He'll be going into his age 31 season as a free agent and he'll get every bit of $100+ million. If they're going to try to sign Correa, I think Springer becomes a casualty. We won't have 3 players on $100 million contracts.

Springer is playoff clutch, has "it factor"..is gonna get paid despite age by some team if not HTown.

Love the way he plays the game.

Well, we agree that Kemp isn't a replacement for Marwin. I never said as such.

I also agree we won't afford ourselves all 3 of Tuve, Springer, and Correa.

I'll stay in the minority and say we prioritize Springer and let Correa go. Not b/c I think it's the right thing to do, just the easiest to keep the team competitive long term.

I think Bregman affords you the option to not break the bank on Correa, and Springer will be more affordable.

So far Lance is losing his fastball. Running high to the right side.

I'm feeling an Altuve K.

Let's hope it has the same effect.

Yeah, runner on the move top 1.

Not a peep from the booth.

But, at some point we might learn some of the finer points on snorting blow off a stripper

I just read the look on Cintron's face there with Carloppos at the end of the inning. It said, "Start trying to pull the ball more maybe?"

Someone said it last night. AJ needs to be doing more with this team’s strengths. . Altuve should be stealing almost every time he’s on first base. It’s not like correa is an aggressive hitter.

Pulling the ball is usually the natural tendency. But Correa has always seemed more comfortable letting the ball travel.

I wonder if he and Altuve have continued the drills Father Time showed them last year.
