I smell a White Sox sweep inbound. Which should precipitate Espada being canned, but that's never going happen because it would make Ownership look stupid for hiring him in the first place.

There are just no real batters in the lineup tonight who will battle at the plate. Breggy and Jon usually fit into this role, but not recently. The rest of the guys are mostly free swingers. That approach has mostly come up snake eyes all year.

They’ve been doing this for weeks. Maybe not every game, but consistently having 10 pitch innings. It’s unreal.

Even Bregmans plate approach has been ruined. You could count on him for 90 to 100 walks and more walks the strikeouts. He's walks to strikeouts this year is 23 to 42. Even during the rebound since May, he's got 22 strikeouts to 9 walks.
Who ruined Bregman? Cintron? This whole lineup is just a hackathon. They're not selective. If it's in the zone, they're going to swing at it.

No it’s pretty much every game. And even within games that there might be a sequence of good ABs where they score a few runs, they revert right back to the free swinging bullshite, which is mind blowing when they know the pen is a ticking time bomb.
