My brother in law is a big Cubs fan. But he didnt bandwagon in 2016. He watched every game when they sucked so as an Astros fan, I gotta respect that.

But that made for some fun banter when the Cubs and Astros went back to back. We've been rooting for a Cubs Astros world series. At which point we can no longer be civil.

This guy is full on bandwagoner, which is irritating. He was a Yankees fan prior to 2016.

Whitley was in the system at the time and not ranked in your link. My point was that while in our system Perez was regarded at least as strong of a prospect as Whitley at the same age. He was a young guy but relatively was as dominant as Whitley had been and had strong results at AA corpus at the age of 19.

I certainly agree that the organization doesn’t like to part with top guys but Perez was regarded as a top guy.

The demise of George Springer has been greatly exaggerated.

But look at that disaster after the top 3.

Needs to be DHing, 4 plate appearances isn't exactly heavy lifting.

I’ll be willing to eat my crow but it’s decisions like this that really make me question hinch.

The talent level on this team is to where a poster in the DAT could get this team to 90 wins. Anyone can set the rotations top 4 right now. Any game you are ahead pressly gets the 8th osuna gets the 9th. Then you have a choice between Harris, James, rondon to bridge and while there isn’t a perfect answer there no one is going to put you on blast in whatever order you choose.

The top 5 of the lineup should be set day in day out. It doesn’t matter who is pitching.

Springer Altuve Bregs Brantley Correa. If you want to flip Altuve Bregs sure fine. Altuves out? Reddick moves up until he falls off.

If. If Brantley is getting tired you give him off for game 4 against the white Sox not against the Red Sox.
