Come on, Will. Have common sense and don't try to kick the ball.

Will has a knack for for screwing up ground ball outs into a shift.

Bullpen has been very encouraging over the last week or 2 for the most part

Giles in. I'm saving the rest of my beer in case we go to extras.

Cmon Alex. Giles doesn’t need obstacles.

McCann with a good pick on that K.

Toughest part of the schedule is upon us. 10 games vs playoff teams with no days off

Have we found our home mojo?
Positives:
Justin Verlander with another solid start.
Springer Dinger
Correa found his nuts and contributes offensively finally.
Bullpen filthy.
Giles with a pretty uneventful save.
Kemp keeps turning the lineup over.
Astros staff sets MLB mark for fewest runs allowed in first 50 games of season.
2 stolen bases
Marwin’s foul ball catch.
Negatives:
Marwin and McCann now on the offensive shitlist.
Two caught stealings on a guy that was 0-16 in throwing runners out.
Only 5 hits.
A good win today where we actually gave JV some run support. He doesn’t need much. Good patience at times for walks but we could have had more if we didn’t expand the zone on a few occasions.
On to Cincinnati...er...Cleveland. Time to shut Tyler’s mouth.

I love Tony in the 9th slot, he’s got some wheels and guaranteed some good looks with Springer coming up right after him. Accidentally walked him twice today and Giants paid dearly

The Astros have allowed 126 runs through 50 games, which are the fewest in the Major Leagues since 1920 (live ball era). The previous record of 128 was set by the Indians in 1968.

Young Ted hit a 2 run homer today. I believe that's two homers this week. 5 for the season now. The power has been slow to arrive in a hitters league. I think I read either here or another site that he's been hitting the ball on the ground a ton.
