Walker was sold to us as a guy with good plate discipline.
For what the last 2 guys have brought back at first the last 2 years and 6 games, we should have just kept Yuli, even as dreadful as he was in 2022.
I would hope Walker starts hitting soon, hopefully before this team is 2-10 and 7 games back of first.

Not much. Sad that it feels that way after 6 games but this is the same shite that plagued us last year. The endless ground balls immediately killing base runners who do get on. Complete ineptitude with runners in scoring position and they can't so much as consistently get a runner home from 3rd with less than 2 outs.
It's exactly the same as we left it in October. Espada brought back Cintron/Snitker and we expected something different.
