the Tony Atlas episode will likely be my favorite. Prepare to get familiarized with his foot fetish that derailed his career

What is the story on Original Sheik? Iron Sheik will always be GOAT Sheik.

not even close. Original Sheik was a much bigger draw.

I hope they cover the story of him freaking out a woman who he took one look at and could name her shoe size.

Cornette has also said his original plan for Sunny was to have her managing Tony Atlas but that Tony’s wife vetoed him doing that one because she didn’t trust him when hanging around a hot blonde.

His fetish is so strong that he said if he was given the choice of headlining WrestleMania or getting walked on, he'd choose to get walked on (specfically, on his face). I've seen him at WreslteCon a couple times, and he'll actually trade photo ops/autographs/artwork in exchange for getting walked on. There are two criteria, however: 1) he has to consider the woman to be good-looking; and 2) she has to be wearing rubber soles (Vans are his personal preference). In case you're unfamiliar with what I'm referring to, here ya go...

It's not so much the feet, it's the getting walked on part. The woman has to be wearing shoes, and they have to be the right kind of shoes. Otherwise he's not interested.

Back when he was working the territories and smaller gymnasiums, he'd actually go under the bleachers and find a woman who was wearing the right style of shoes, and then he'd offer her $25 to come backstage and walk on him. Sometimes the other guys would be looking for him and one would say, "Where's Tony?" and another would reply, "Oh, he's under the bleachers"

Another of my favorite stories told by Tony was about the Iron Sheik. He said he walked into the bathroom to take a piss and Sheik was in one of the stalls. Shiek was slapping himself on the chest and twisting his moustache and saying, "Yes! Excellent. Excellent." Tony didn't know wtf was going on so when he was done urinating he walked over and looked over the side of the stall. There was a woman in there sitting on the toilet giving Sheik a BJ

If anyone is unfamiliar, Google around for Vader's Japan stuff. Vader's match with Flair at Starcade 93 is also well worth a watch.

This is a clip of the infamous match in Japan where Stan Hansen knocked Vader's eye out of socket.

I’m sure that will be touched on…

Vader started his career facing guys like Hansen, Bruiser Brody, and so forth in the AWA where the shots were stiffer than frozen corpse. Then everyone after that bitched that he worked stiff.

Jim Hellwig was the original choice to be Vader.. talk about a whole different career for the character.

There were three choices.

I know Warrior and Vader were two of them. I think the third was Sid Vicious.

Inoki’s luck worked out because Vader was the least flaky of the three.

Hellwig was chosen but signed with WWF instead.

Sid was up for the role, but they took Leon.
