I signed up for WynnBet earlier in the week and deposited $10 and bet $10 on some random game. An hour or so later I decided I didn't like that bet so I cashed it out and placed a separate $10 bet on another game. Apparently that voided the new customer promotion and I am ineligible to receive any of the $200 in free bets even though I wagered and lost the $10 I deposited. I've chatted with customer service and sent an email, but apparently "there's nothing they can do". I guess I understand the cashing out part, but I immediately placed another bet down so it's not like I was trying to get my money back and get the free bets. I will be deleting the app; there's too many other options out there that are much better.

I see BetRivers ads everyday for "Get up to a $250 match bonus on your first deposit".
