There used to be (discontinued recently) an online feature at SBNation called the Fulmer Cup. For about ten years they compiled all the charges and allegations against players/staff at each FBS program and assigned point values to infractions. I think Marshall was the overall leader at the time they quit with something like 137 points. The most in a season was something like 70-80 points.
Memphis ranked P121/128 in FBS with one point.
