Running a sub 7 min mile is easy for me.

Most people under-estimate how fast they can run a mile, even rested.

Even though I wasn't a true distance runner I ran few sub-5 minute miles in high school/college. Thats not fast for a competitor but it is flying and not realistic for most people. Today even in excellent shape it I could probably run 1 sub 6 minute mile, barely. So even if I start the murph at 6 minutes my 2nd mile is definitely no better than 7, probably even 8ish. That means to do that workout in 30 minutes I would have to do all of the other stuff in 15 minutes. Yeah, thats impressive.

So kudos to you my man.

I could do this in an hour. Easy.

No way, bro. Only Super ParaTrooper Death Squads and Crossfitters can do that in under an hour.

I'm sure many people can. That's not really the point though. It's being able to do it faster than the other athletes.

Also, it's with a weighted vest outside in the heat. Many people are GREATLY underestimating how much harder that makes it. Unless you routinely workout in the heat it will destroy you. And 20 extra pounds for a pull up is a lot when doing 100.

This is what I absolutely love about CF. Your average bro coming in that can deadlift 400lbs and think he's about to wipe the floor with these athletes and he instead gets wrecked by a simple wod.

I encourage each one of you who've never tried CF to at least try this wod, or any hero wod for that matter. And don't do it for the name of CF, do it out of respect for your fallen hero's who died for you. I guarantee you, you'll have more respect for the sport and for them afterwards.

Im sure you can do the workout as im sure straight cash can but that shite is not nearly as easy as people think. Especially in the heat.

And nobody here is doing 200 legit pushups in 2 min. Nobody, its not even really possible to do 200 legit. 5 min is more likely and still an amazing time. And with a vest its likely to be more than that.

100 legit pullups is the tough one but on this workout kipping is allowed so that helps a ton. 100 strict dead stop with a veat is going to take a while.

The 300 squats are not the hardest but running the mile right after is stupid hard. Especially in the heat and with a vest.

I would love to see yall actually do this and record the time.its not gonna be as fast as many of yall think.

And straightcash 33min? Thats games level. Crazy good.

The push up standard is hand realse. Arms lock out at the top. Chest to ground. Hands come off ground to show dead stop. Then back up again. If you can do 200 in 2 min you should film it and post it after running a mile then 100 pull ups.

I think we've clearly established nobody is doing 200 pushups in 2 mins.

What a ridiculous comment

You're the type of person that gives crossfit such a bad reputation.
