To make it clear, he's not playing tomorrow. The Cowboys already promoted Robert Calloway from the practice squad this afternoon before this news broke.

Secondly, he's charged with a 2nd degree felony (in Texas). I'm pretty sure he won't get bail before Monday at the earliest.

Yep its a felony so he has to see a magistrate to set bond. So he's there till Monday
