that sounds like how I feel on like half of A&Ms offensive plays this year.
so sick of guys trying to dance and string everything out for the big play instead of just taking whats right there.
Yup. Raises my blood pressure every damn week

What I find funny is people think secondary is what dictates the routes
Most NFL teams run routes based off the shades of the NG or Strong Tackle as that dictates the blocking schemes to allow the routes.
Blame sports nets like ESPN for that shite. All they do for analysis is have talking heads barf up pointless shite like "He just wanted it more and tha'ts why he's got the moxie needed to make the big play!"

Also because HS football
People play HS football and think they know football. HS coaches are fricking morons usually. NFL coaches are nuclear Astro physicist compared to 99.9% hs coaches

Empty set? Really?
also something that drives me nuts about A&M's (and many teams) offense this year
if you want to pass on 3rd and short fine.
but if you dont have a mobile QB like Johnny you HAVE to have a RB back there to keep the defense honest.

It is great, giants keep getting chances. And I'm winning my playoff fantasy game against JD, you should've actually paid attention at some point

Im fine with the empty set, but Romo has to either run there or put more zip on that ball. It took forever to get to Williams.
He could have walked for the first, though.

People really underestimate how cerebral the game becomes at the pro level.
Hell, at the college level in many instances.

If it was Romo from 5 years ago it would have been fine.
But current Romo is playing with a back waiting to explode. He isn't gonna make that run anymore.

Not with Murray in your back pocket. Play could have worked, sure, but damn I don't get that formation there at all.
