Denver’s offensive roster has fans excited, I’ll say that.

Imagine Russell Wilson with Courtland Sutton, Jerry Jeudy, Noah Fant, Melvin Gordon and Phillip Lindsey.

For sure.

Ole Miss’ collective talent at WR has been insane as of late.

Wilson in Sean Payton’s offense would land him in the Hall of Fame.

Ha!

Mahomes and Rodgers are top 5 and you have to put Lamar in there as well.

Brady had the worst season of his career and QBs don’t get better after 40. Brees has Kellen Moore arm now so anything more than 15 yard dig and his shoulder is gone. Matt Ryan is stuck with shitty okay callers so who knows what he has going on still. What does Big Ben have left? Does he give a shite? Rivers seems to alternate his has been years with his stud years, but I’m interested how he does when he has at least half his games indoors for a season. Watson is too inconsistent, Wilson is his most productive with less than 30 pass attempts, and Dak will never get credit on this board because he beat LSU in college, Tannehill had a great 13 game stretch but was it a flash in the pan or a sign of things to come?, Baker needs to take that next step forward, and what is Josh Allen going to do? Keep being an athletic game manager a la early Russell Wilson/Alex Smith his entire career? Get up to Big Ben level at least? Maybe further?

Lot of questions right now at QB in the NFL with the old guard going out the door and only a couple of guys really stepping up. Will be an interesting season for sure.

He is projecting himself to be in the HOF without Sean Payton’s offense.

Yeah he’s already nearly a lock for it despite being in the least advanced offense in football

Tyler Lockett finally had his break out year and I still feel like he is criminally underutilized and the most underrated WR in the league

Brady does not belong in there at this point IMO. I’m a Texans fan and would take Wilson over Watson all day

Wilson in an offense like KC or SF would absolutely light it up. Seattle is so blah offensively and he still looks great

Watson is not a top 5 qb

You called him like top 7-8 as of 2 days ago

He’s not there yet but he’s hovering that area. Wilson certainly is top 5 and elite

There’s an interesting quandary here: if you have one of the best QBs in the league on one of the biggest contracts in the league, you’re unlikely to win a super bowl bc you have too much wrapped up in your QB. But you’re likely to remain a solid team or a consistent contender. If you don’t have that situation, you’re either bottom of the barrel bad normally, or you get a stacked team plus an up and coming young QB on a rookie deal and you roll into one or more Super Bowls

I think the Seahawks could see the writing on the wall and trade Russ to give themselves another shot as a true contender. You know Pete Carroll thinks he can develop another rookie QB

Wilson is top 5 by default, not because of any elite skill on his part.

This is overblown. Both NFC championship participants had top 10 salaried QBs. (#3 vs # 9)

You create contending teams by drafting good cheap players, you can still do that with a high end QB

Russ’s contract hasn’t hindered them bringing in talent, their complete ignorance of the Oline and weird obsession with mediocre RB by committee has done that. He’s the only thing that’s kept it afloat

I think some of y’all forget that Pete Carroll is the oldest coach in the league

No team has won a Super Bowl with a quarterback making more than $20 million in a season.
