He's really freaking good. He will be one of the best players in the league.
But he might not even by the best rookie this year. He will be in a race with Knueppel and Queen for that

This class is really special. Flagg is putting up the second best age 18-19 season ever (and not too far from the gold standard. Kneuppel is shooting out of this world, Queen and Fears are doing amazing for the Pels, and then you have guys like Dylan Harper, VJ Edgecombe, the Kalkenbrenner the Hornets center, and Cedric Coward who would all be top 3 or 4 rookies in most classes.
And all besides Edgecombe could help with filling the gaps on Team USA as LeBron, Steph, and KD retire.
In fact, I think 10 of the lottery picks this year would be top 3-5 rookies in a typical year (not even talking about a bad year like 2024).
I think the 2026 draft class will also be very strong, before regressing to the mean.

Here is a comparable minutes breakdown. Thought I would help since you accidentally left out assists and the fact that Flagg is playing almost 35minutes a game. All 3 of Flagg/ Queen/ Kon are really good.
Flagg:
19.4 ppg
49.3% FG
6.4 rebounds
3.8 assists
80% FT
Queen:
18 PPG
51.6% FG
9 rebounds
5.4 assists
80% FT
