You know the best reason to become a Mets fan? You will get to see a lot more Braves games.

I may rescind my fan transfer.

I think having an AL and NL team kind of makes you on a wagon.

By the way both Mets and Yanks rained out today. Rain just stopped here about 15 miles from the Stadium

+1 Peej. He can't be a fan because he has to have an unbias opinion at all times. Or maybe he just can't judge the games in which a team he likes is playing. But even that is sketchy.

What kind of stats
The most random, arcane stats imaginable. LHP after a rain delay in a retractable dome vs. a switch hitter coming off the DL on a Sunday afternoon game below the Mason-Dixon line, etc....

All teams.

How do you figger? How can I affect the outcome of a game that's already happened?

as a life long yankee fan, please feel free to become a mets fan. everybody knows mets fans are a bunch of whiney bitches, and you seem to fit that mold perfectly.

One good perk to becoming a Mets fan is being able to purchase fantastic seats walkup/at game time at the majority of your division rivals' home park (Turner,Nationals/JoeRobbie/ProPlayer/Dolphins/JumptheShark) for away series' and feel like you're still the home team.

That probably happens with the Yanks anyways...

I've been to tons of games at both teams' homes.

Shea/Citi - Party.
Yankee Stadium I/II - Old whiney bitch arse old people.

I know a whiney fan base when I see one, and the Yankees are to whining what Charles Barkley is to eating.

that shite pisses me off....why not go and earn that fat arse paycheck and fight out of a jam from time to time? starting pitchers are really getting soft these days and it's a crying damn shame

This isnt the pitcher's faults. Its coaching who pulls the pitchers. The reasoning is because there are so many good pitchers out there so why let a pitcher who isnt getting it done stay in...
