He’s a Professional “Victim.” Thus, he has to do such things to maintain that status. The absolute LAST thing he wants is for a team to take him up on his offer to play. Then the few naive losers who still believe he’s out of the league because of some racist collusion might (maybe) realize the actual reason is because he just isn’t any good.

Colin was bad the last time he played which was 7 years ago. I can’t imagine how terrible he is now.
But all of this screams publicity stunt. This is just sad now. Reminds me of that story on Vince Young cooking turkey necks and complaining about not being in the league.

Pretty much every common grammatical mistake, that your average middle school student makes, is present in the letter.
Reading through, it's somewhat obvious where a boilerplate was provided to him and where he added his personal writing. For example, look at the intro as compared the the bullet points.
