Somehow I think actual slaves would have loved the opportunity to be a "slave" but be paid a million dollars to do so.

It’s actually not. Unless you’re dumb enough to think talented individuals don’t blow opportunities all the time because they had no structure or a horrible upbringing
I'm sorry that everyone doesn't buy into the " White hero complex" thinking this family " saved" Kaep & are the reason he got a scholarship/ drafted. Spoiled rich or entitled kids blow opportunities as well.

Lebron James , Josh Jacobs( homeless), Najee Harris ( homeless) ,etc...& I can name hundreds of other Professional athletes that came from disadvantaged upbringings. 99.9 % of these athletes did not need to be saved by White families & I think people need to get over their " White hero" complex.

Cool, but only if black people get over their “always a victim” complex.

They've figured out that this is an easy way to scam idiots out of their money and also an easy way to avoid personal responsibility. Until perpetual victimhood stops being profitable, they'll keep doing it.

It could’ve been a black family that adopted him and put him in a better environment. It doesn’t matter. Your comment about it being “absurd” that being adopted by that family was a part of why he made it to where he did is absurd. The guy was abandoned by both of his birth parents.

There are hundreds/ thousands of Black professional athletes that grew up in less than desirable conditions. Theses athletes from tough backgrounds did not need a White family to save them.

It's a nice thing the family did , but it's absurd to say a talent like Kaep wouldn't have gotten an athletic scholarship & drafted without his adoptive family.

it's an absolute FACT that Colin Kaepernick was only successful in life 100% because of some of those yucky white skin colored people!

north of 70% of black men run off and leave and don't support their offspring. that's a fact ... it may not be "woke" (aka a lie) ... BUT it's a still a fact.

It’s insane that he shows the owners bidding on them as if they’re going to go work in a field. These guys are willingly going to go try out for a football team. There’s literally no comparison to the slave trade and nfl try outs.

Colin probably has no concept of how job interviews work in the business world or how interns jockey for offers or how firms try to persuade talent to move from their competition. But basically just like slavery except the masters compete over who will pay the slaves more to do jobs they don’t have to do if they don’t want to.

Where would Colin Kaepernick be without NFL football?

Riding buses to minor league baseball games or asking his white father to help him find a job.

Bigots like Gruden would prefer the likes of Nathan Peterman, I guess.

Can’t develop young guys if the 2nd string QB doesn’t know the plays to run in practice. Keeper okc was about to be relegated to journeyman/backup QB status for the rest of his career, which is a fine career from what we’ve learned from Chase Daniel. Get paid millions to sit on a sideline on sundays and tell the starter he’s got this. What’s not talked about is those guys also put in film work and practice reps. Kaep saw this and chose the race hustle life instead. Looks like he’s doing well.

The guy should have been called in the first time he pulled that kneel BS and told....don't do that again, if you do you are gone, got it?

That’s the problem. He was about five seconds from getting cut. He’s already been benched, and then suddenly decided to get woke.
