I guess Kyle will have to go wash teh sand out of his vag after that. Tried to block a second time and got swerved into the wall. Screw him.

It looked like he was just losing it after being bumped around by Stewart. an drivers just do that? Bump the shite out of the car in front of them?

If it's Kyle Busch, yes.
Tony would not have done that to Mark Martin, or Jimmie Johnson or Jeff Gordon (well, maybe Jeff Gordon
Everyone knows Busch would have done the same thing.
The worst place to be on the last lap of a plate race is in the lead.

That was the best finish of a race EVER. Tony winning while wrecking Kyle Busch. Doesn't get better than that.

Watch the replay, Tony didn't bump Kyle. Kyle blocked him low, Tony went high and was already there when Kyle came high to block him again. Thats more Kyles fault than Tony

Okay, assuming its Joe Schmo vs Joe Blow, is it legal for a car behind another car to bump the shite ot of him until he loses it?

Yes.
Matt Kenseth did it to Jeff Gordon at Bristol a few years ago, and Gordon retaliated at Chicagoland later that year (2006 I think).

That is not what happened

Didn't Tony reach his bumper and give him a nudge?
I know the wreck was caused by KB trying to block after Tony had cleared his bumper, but I thought Stewart gave him a "friendly tap" before all the fireworks started.

Busch passed Stewart right before the final lap to take the lead, but Stewart chased him down and calculated his next move. He closed in on Busch's bumper, and slight contact sent Busch drifting up the track.

This is what happened and is perfectly legal. But he sure in the hell didn't do this...

And that sure isn't what caused the wreck.

I can't wait until Kyle pays Tony back for that one.

quote:That happens on shot tracks all the time - be it Cup Series or your local track on Saturday night - it's called bump and run. You don't go to purposely wreck the other guy (not all the time, anyway) but you get your nose to the bumper or just up to the left rear quarterpanel, nudge them just enough so they slide up out of the groove and then you go by them.

Great finish. Stewart did some great driving. KB just could not stop it.

Gordon stole 2 wins at Bristol doing this to Rusty Wallace. Goes around comes around.

quote:Of course it is. He hit him 2 or 3 times in the rear end. Kenseth lost it so bad because of this that he was about to get passed by Stewart. He tried to block him but was already so out of position (because of being bumped over and over). It was a direct result of Stewart hitting him. I find it hard to believe that no rules were broken. I liken it to the end of NBA games when officials swallow the whistle.
That is not what happened

Legit racing... They bump each other for 399 miles..Kyls is really just a whiney little beotch...Go Tony... Of course Kyle has never bumped anybody in front of him in an effort to win.
