The Indians have said they wont allow Indians gear or merchandise in the stadium starting next year. What a shame. Hearing the drum beat and fans clapping along is one of the greatest things about going to the ball park. Unreal

As in they won't let anyone in with a chief wahoo hat on? Or are they just not gonna sell anything with "Indians" on it.

Cleveland Indians super fan John Adams banging his drum.
Maybe he should stand on a hill, outside the stadium during games, sending smoke signals.

The soys on twitter are lapping this up. They probably haven’t attended any baseball games in their lives. But they are loving the idea that some Natives aren’t offended anymore.

Where did they say this? I feel like they’re opening themselves up to an even larger exodus of fans and some sort of lawsuit (granted I don’t know shite about law). How do you sell merch in the stadium at high prices, then claim you can’t wear said merch in stadium?

Well, what do you expect from an organization that sold their stadium's naming rights to...Progressive Insurance?

Well, I can you this. Most here still call the park "The Jake" and you will see chief wahoo caps and jerseys being worn by fans in full force. The chief wahoo cap is a classic. Especially when the Chief was a pitcher in his windup as compared to more recent smiley head shot.

So if you walk into the ballpark with your INDIANS jersey and chief wahoo hat are they going to strip you down and kick you out?

You heard anything about the team not allowing Wahoo logo merch into the stadium? I’m a huge Indians fan unfortunately, and all I know is they limited selling the gear in the team shop. I still found some up there this summer though.

Not to be confused with the Guardians Brotherhood website, a soldiers’ group that once tried to topple fomer-Philippine's president Corazon Aquino.

LOOK: Duterte’s hand tattoo has a secret meaning

MANILA, Philippines- Have you seen the small tattoo on President Rodrigo Duterte’s right hand? More than a personal statement, the Commander-in-chief’s etching on his hand has a profound meaning that may shock you.

In an article by investigative journal Raissa Robles for the South China Morning Post, Duterte’s presidential adviser on the peace process Jesus Dureza, who has a similar ink with the 71-year-old President, confirmed that the tattoo is the mark of the “Magic Group” of the Guardians Brotherhood.

“We are members of Guardians Brotherhood. It’s a fraternal group of people. It started as a military fraternal group. Then they got also civilians as members,” Dureza told Robles.

A former classamate of Duterte, Dureza said he is not aware when the President officially became a member of the Magic Group.

The Guardians Brotherhood Organization, according to its website, was founded in 1976 originally comprised of 11 members. It was first known as “Diablo Squad” and was later on disbanded under the order of General Fabian Ver. Later on, former members formally registered the Magic Group as a “self-help group to improve soldiers’ welfare” with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

But apart from improving the welfare of military soldiers, it was discovered that the group was part of nearly each coup attempt since July 1986, including the failed coup attempts between 1986 to 1998 when the late president Corazon Aquino was the head of state. This means that Duterte is part of the group that once attempted to topple Aquino and put former president Ferdinand Marcos back in power. ...
