2020 Clemson football schedule

9/12 at Wake Forest

9/19 Non-conference game

9/26 Open date

10/3 Virginia

10/10 Miami

10/17 at Georgia Tech

10/24 Syracuse

10/31 Boston College

11/7 at Notre Dame

11/14 Open date

11/21 at Florida State

11/28 Pitt

12/5 at Virginia Tech

Good last 4 game finish. VT is a much better game than the UofSC right now.

Hopefully with the AAC having an 8+4 option we can pick up one of the schools out of Florida like USF or UCF since the SEC doesn't want to play.

South Carolina and Clemson really should play every year.

I hope this scheduling model takes root going forward and you can add back the non conf rivalries once things get back to normal hopefully by 2021

I'm ok with a 10/11 game power 5 schedule with a conf champ game. I'm even ok with eliminating the conf title games if it means an expanded playoff. The increase tv revenue could shorten the regular season by a game or two without hurting the revenue stream to power 5. Then you go to a 8/16 team playoff with home playoff games at higher seed.

OSU and Clem both have an easy path to a playoff. OSUs schedule is garbage too

The ACC knew what it was doing when it did the home state rule crap. That could've worked for 4 SEC schools that could've hosted their ACC counterparts but you think you're going to get 10 SEC schools to travel to ACC territory because they demanded it?

ETA: If anything our schedule got tougher. Yeah, we dropped Clemson but we also dropped ECU, CCU, and Wofford to add 2 SEC schools.

ETA #2: If it were up to me we'd still have Clemson on the schedule. Reports indicated that our President was the only one of the SEC schools to vote against the 10 conference format because it didn't include having Clemson on the schedule.

Our Schedule did improve when VT was added in place of the UofSC

We both hate eachother a lot

Clemson's schedule is such a joke. Notre Dame is really the only team that adds some credibility to their ridiculously easy path to another CFP.
