I agree. Both teams should be following the same ACC protocols, and if both followed them (ACC statement says both have adhered to the minimum ACC protocols), why are they unable to agree on playing the game?

FSU fabricating concern in order to get game postponed. Clemson challenged their BS. They sent the entire team to Tallahassee, and then FSU pulls this bush league shite.

I wonder if both finish with 1 loss, would the ACC give Clemson the nod due to beating them earlier this season? This is crazy
Clemson beat Miami 42-17. Held Miami to 200 total yards. No doubt Clemson gets the nod. Not that crazy.

That’s not the way tie breakers work.

Letter of the ACC law says winning percentage. If both teams have 1 loss, whoever plays more games will have the higher winning percentage, it’s simple math. Tiebreaker would only come into play if they have the same winning percentage, aka play the same number of total games.

FSU isn’t healthy and was gonna get beatdown so we used this to back out to save face. Simple as that.

From my perspective that seems weird because who really cares about how this season is going? It's a cluster so I have little to no emotional attachment to anything that happens.

I guess administrations are still grading as if this is normal? Is it to protect the players/team and recruiting since those people still care? That makes some sense for Norvell since this is not ideal for him to get program momentum so maybe that's it.

FSU needs to come to Clemson at the end of the season for reimbursement of travel expenses.

According to Gameday on ESPN, the dispute centers on one Clemson player. Apparently this player was showing symptoms of COVID but repeatedly tested negative, so he was going to travel/play. A third party test on this Clemson player turned up positive. That’s where the dispute has arisen.

Sounds like FSU intentionally torpedoed the game, as though another 50 point beat down would make any difference at this point to them.

Dead program.

Big Schools keeping the little schools out.

Clemson does not make the ACC Championship game due to fewer wins.

Miami / Notre Dame winner (ACC Champ game) in Playoff
Big 10 winner (Ohio State)
SEC Winner (UA or UF
Clemson without playing in ACC chamionship game

Sounds like it was a Clemson player who is the issue no one on FSU? Could be posturing of course by FSU to avoid the game
