So is this a prediction of where he will fall in the draft or where he thinks he SHOULD go? Because there is zero chance 31 teams pass on him

DAMNNNNNN that's a pretty far drop, I mean I think the guy's slightly overrated in the first place but I have the Bucs drafting defensive line/pass rusher here due to the JPP situation and to spell Vea and Suh, moreover someone will draft him and lock him in at a bargain of a rookie deal before then

Its not really all that unreasonable. Its more unreasonable to think that 5 Qbs will be drafted in the first round.

There were five taken in the 1st round in 2018. Four last year. Teams are chasing QBs every single year. There is almost zero doubt that five will be taken this year. If Fields is still there at 15, someone will move in and take a shot with him over the next 6-7 picks.

he's probably had the best run the last 5 drafts of predicting success for QBs.
maybe he will be wrong this year, but he's not just doing a random ranking. he puts in work and ranks what he sees. no different than anyone else, except for one major factor. he's been better at it.
