As much as I disagree with him, he has a right to his opinion.

I hope Chris doesn't allow his bitches to speak in Church.

Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law.

And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.

:kige:

If though you treat a gay person badly that is a sin too.

The PC crowd will get him fired from ESPN for this. Which is fricking pathetic because it's his opinion. The vocal minority will make sure he's fricked, though.

Well that's kinda the question you sought to resolve in the first place.

Nope. The question was posed in a manipulative way to box me in to a certain answer. I chose to answer it in the context of the discussion. Christianity isn't based solely on the words of Jesus. Jesus didnt expressly state all his tenants, he frequently used other people to convey his message for him.

If they fire or suspend him he will sue the shite out of ESPN. They asked him a question and all he did was express his religious belief, and not a off the wall religion by the way.
I suspect that the worst that will happen to him is they'll make sure not to ask his opinion about this anymore.

Rob Edwards was just asked a question too and he isn't on ESPN anymore.

While ESPN probably won't fire Broussard, if the noise gets to loud don't be surprised if his contract isn't renewed.

No one should be condemned for voicing their opinion. Right?

He should've kept his beliefs to himself. I hope they fire him. Broussard is garbage.

Difference is Rob Parker didn't pull cornball brother from the bible and people who shared his opinion are a lot fewer than people who will agree with Broussard.

Everyone can come out and condone and celebrate this player's homosexuality, but somehow if you're of the opposite opinion, then you should have kept your mouth shut and not used the media as an open forum for your opinions. Double standard to the highest degree.

The most intolerant people are the ones screaming about bigotry every 2 seconds.

I couldn't care less about this guys sexual preference, but if someone is of the belief that homosexuality is wrong, then they are entitled to that opinion and shouldn't be crucified for it.

Hell, even Charles Barkley was on TNT and made that statement. If he gets it, surely everyone else should.

Espn shouldn't be talking about it at all.
