Goff easily.
Led the Rams from a perennial losing team to the Super Bowl in 2 years.
I find Goff is a better passer and a QB that will continue to improve. Just don’t see Dak having as good of a career when it’s over

For reference, Goff’s passer rating was 74.79 the last 6 games of the season

A lot of that is based off their rookie years. Dak had his highest passer rating ever and Goff was bad.
Goff's been better in year 2 and 3 than Dak in passer rating.
