My guess is that the 49ers dropped him because Foster is likely the dumbest player on their team and he wouldn’t leave the women. It’s not just the incident, it’s that at some point if you are with a crazy women and refuse to leave her it’s going to end poorly and when you are in the nfl that means on the news.
