The vast majority of available computer systems favored and continue to favor tOSU. What has a man to gain by continuing to ignore this?

I think LSU should never have dropped below OSU

3 > 1

Whew, that was hard.

They should have been ranked higher to begin with. That's the issue.

One lost by 30 at home, the other lost by 3 on the road.

Last week the entire argument for OSU was eye test. You would think that particular argument trickled down to other teams not just Ohio state. But no, this week it’s now strength of schedule.. when ranking wisky, Florida, Michigan, Alabama.

I'll just assume you didn't watch the game. UW dismantled the Goofs, who were ranked #8, at their house.

This team is not the same team as the beginning of the year.

Then why was Bama at 5 prior to this ranking? Either way this committee is showing they are horrible at ranking teams.

That's the problem - there is no consistency with the logic.

The CFP is supposed to understand things like the Tua injury, yet they routinely use things like the computers that just think Tua sucked vs Auburn.

So shouldn't they be ranked behind the fricking team they lost too?

I have to laugh at some of the logic here.

Wisconsin is a fringe top 15 team bro.

Their best form was actually at the beginning of the year.

CFP needs to be released this week, and next week.

They get themselves in trouble starting too early.

Or just go full computers and release every week.

Where would you drop them. They beat 15 AND 16 by 30 and at 16

I don’t like Michigan but it’s tough to keep dropping them without a ton more drops

the quoted doesn't tell the entire story to the nature of those losses though, does it.

One was an arse whipping at home and the other was a 3 point loss on the road, that like or not involved quite a bit of frickery

Except it isn't. Neither won the conference or division. I don't expect you to concede anything, but you're dead wrong

Weak arse stat.

LSU had and still has the higher SOR and SOS.

SOR counts games unequally; most SOS formulas disagree with you.

The whole committee thing was an asinine idea in the first place. They are tasked with knowing the college football landscape across the whole country, but 13 people are not capable of watching games in their entirety for all 130 schools. Throw in that most of them work a Full Time job with a University and their isn’t enough hours in a week for them to do their job, plus form an eye test of every team and not have to rely on the opinion of somebody else.

Frank Beamer, a committee member, is in the box for every Virginia Tech game. Is he staying up watching PAC-12 games that end at 2 AM Eastern time? Maybe I just expect a lot from these individuals selecting the playoff teams, but I think subjectivity needs to removed as much as possible from college football
