Northwestern looks tough and I'll say the middle of the Big Ten is better in general than people might be giving it credit for. They've got a bunch of schools sitting in that $20 - 35M total roster range (like Northwestern - Michigan State, Wisconsin, Iowa, UCLA, Nebraska, Illinois, etc.) that are pretty salty on the right night.
As a point of reference, UCLA, Nebraska, Wisconsin, and Penn State all spent about the same on their rosters as Oklahoma did this past cycle.

Penn state at NW next week. Somehow Penn state is ranked 13th.
