I initially liked Purdue but the line movement is scaring me away

Anyone like Northwestern?

I heard Purdue lost a lot on defense, which was the difference in them being an above average team.

Also, i know a few who love NIU +10 1/2 over iowa. They said Iowa lost their whole starting LB, which was key to their team last season. against a team like NIU, you need lb's who can stay at home and not bite on their zone reads. Also, NIU usually plays solid defense.

2 many games to look at, i want to play them all

Look at the percentage of total dollars bet vs the ticket count.

Consume material from professional bettors.

oh sounds, simple enough

NIU has their entire OL back - plus historically they have played great as road dogs against Big 10 teams.

It's probably too complex actually - the best method is to subscribe to a tout website and pay for picks.

Rice +24: This is the Owls’ second game of the season after starting Week 0 (Aug. 25) against Prairie View A&M. Houston may be caught looking ahead to Week 2 when they will play an Arizona team led by former Cougars head coach Kevin Sumlin and Heisman candidate Khalil Tate.

Did you watch any of the game at all last week? Do you know who Prarie View is and what kind of talent they have (or don’t have depending which way you look at it) Add to the fact that they have something like 50-60 scholarships right now and that’s it. There’s a serious rebuild going on there. This is your 55-17 game.

their d-line should dominate line of scrimmage.

UW might have the best set of OTs in the country in Trey Adams and Kaleb McGary. The interior OL is not nearly as strong though. It will be up to those 3 guys to hold off the Auburn DTs.

Auburn's OL is the unit that they are most worried about. UW should be able to take advantage of them on that side of the ball. I think whoever can run the ball better will win the game. I don't think there will be too many explosive plays in the passing game.

I'm staying away from this game. I really have no idea what's going to happen. Is Browning going to recover from a little bit of a down year last year? Is Stidham the real deal? Can both offensive lines handle the others DL? Too many questions for me to have any action one way or the other.

And our defensive secondary is a question mark. But no one wants to mention that.

As long as they can tackle I think they'll be fine. I think UW's passing game plan will be to get the ball out quickly to the perimeter. I don't think you'll see Browning dropping back and waiting for any long-developing passing plays. Browning has a tendency to play extremely conservative which causes him to hold onto the ball forever, then his instinct is to run backwards. Not a good combo, so I'm hoping the new OC will not put him in those situations

Northwestern returns a lot of production from a Top 40 Defense last year. Really like that experience early in the year in what's a "big" game for them. Took them +3.5

I'm on the under in this one, considering I think both O-lines are going to have their hands full.
