They aren't going to win Game 6 without Gasol I don't think.
And if they somehow did, they'd absolutely need him to win Game 7.
They just get no interior scoring. Puts a lot of weight on their outside shooting.

Noah keeps getting the ball for some reason
Thibs thinks Noah throwing dangerous backdoor passes from the high post is the only offense they have.

They love to run the offense through him at the top of the key.
I get that he is a good passer for a center but I mean.. you got D Rose and Butler.

I thought they would foul him right when he touched it. You know he isn't making more than 1 in that situation.

You would think Noah could be relied on in that area.

Is Noah the worst player in this series?
No he is not... But he won't go to the hoop when he has had plenty of chances... Hes to busy trying to make fancy passes....
BTW. The series is OVER unless Gasol can't come back........

Two mediocre teams, one great player

Not really. He's legit scared of LeBron. I can't think of one player who has been owned so much by another guy in a while.
Plus when the Cavs go small and put LeBron on him, the Bulls still idiotically try to run their offense through Noah. And since Noah is scared, he puts his back to the basket, won't dribble, and can't make good passes or handoffs.
Noah sucks. They need him for rebounding, but he's still getting killed on the offensive glass.
I'm not gonna be stupid and say they'd be better without him, but jesus it sort of feels that way.

Only caught the end of that one, but damn that chase down block by LBJ makes it hard to be an LBJ hater.
When you got a guy who's that physically dominant on a basketball court yet is selfless on offense and is leading the charge and effort on defense all game. You gonna bust your arse not to let him down

Yeah it would.
Kyrie with 25 tonight on two bad legs. Dude played his arse off.

This is sort of where I'm at, except I don't think mediocre is the right word.
The Bulls are good? I don't know, maybe not. They're a top 10 team in the league, I guess.
The Cavs are a mediocre team that has LeBron, so that makes them good.
I think the Clippers/Warriors/Grizzlies would all beat Cleveland. LeBron would have to play the best series of his life for the Cavs to have a chance. They're just so flawed, and also so injured.

Cavs cursed now.
Noah has been awful this series. He gets my vote for worst play this series. He should of had at least 2 more turnovers for traveling tonight.

He was picking the Bulls for several days leading up to this series, so there's that.

With the Eastern Conf team with the best record is the Hawks..... Mediocre is correct. Bron can carry Cleveland only so far.... The Bulls are not that good....

and the Cavs were the favorite. Before Kevin Love got ruled out of the playoffs, JR Smith was suspended 2 games, and Kyrie got injured in the 2nd game
they were certainly favorites going into the series and everyone knew Love was out and Smith would miss 2 games. They were underdogs after losing game 1 and then favorites again after game 2.
