That's because Shumpert can defend Butler or Rose without breathing hard. LeBron doesn't seem to be the defender he was a year or two ago, so they absolutely need Shumpert.

Cavs need to put this shite out of reach and do it soon.

i don't see it, but i guess.... he's not asked to do as much and sometimes the guys he's guarding are a little quicker, but he's still a very, very good defender

I've thought all season that he seems to have lost a step this season, although he certainly has some bounce and burst in his step tonight.

I find it comical that Kyrie is pretty safely in the Top 5 PGs in the league, yet LeBron tends to dominate the assist column for the Cavs.

LeBron is one of the best facilitators to ever play this game. Kyrie is an immensely gifted scorer and ball handler. It's not that hard to figure out.

Kyrie had the two highest scoring games in the league this season (57 at San Antonio and 55 vs Portland)

Aside from Paul and Curry, I doubt there's a PG in the league who would be a better distributor than Lebron, regardless of how good they are.

Bit disappointed in the Bulls tonight... Seem to be happy just getting a game. No intensity or energy like Game 1.

"Had a foot on the line"? He was well inside.
He said this same shite in a first round game the other day, I think it was on a Harden shot

Nice answer from the Cavs. Pretty good asskicking tonight.

Thrilled that the Cavs split without Love and JR. Hope Shump is good to go.

LeBron is going to have a fully grey beard by the time he retires.

Since when is 30 pts some huge feat for the best player in the NBA?

It's like the past 2 days people have been making these "huge predictions" that Lebron James is gonna drop..... A whole 30 points!!!!

If it's supposed to be some huge ordeal and Lebron needs to go off, then yea 40+ is what we should be talking about

Against the bulls, in the playoffs, it's kind of a big deal. He has played the Bulls 10 times in the playoffs with the Heat and twice so far with the Cavs.

In those 12 games, he has scored 30 points twice. One was tonight (33 pts). One was in 2011 in his first season with the Heat (35 pts). Shockingly enough, both games were after going down 0-1 in the series

The bulls always do well against him defensively.
