This. I think he just needs to mature a little more and be more confident. Add a little more weight so he can bang down low, but still hit his shots beyond the arc. I mean frick he's 6'7, he should grab more boards and be more active on defense.

Tristan Thompson has got to be one of the longest 6'9" guys I have ever seen on a basketball court. He is massive.
