Doesn't look good on Cam Akers part there, but he also took a shot to the head during the tackle attempt, and got whacked in the head after, so probably a little jarred on his end too.

Someone on that Cardinals team needs to give a little pressure test to Akers achilles next running play

I'm not overly optimistic next weeks NFC games will be any better.

Akers looked really upset as they went to commercial

If McVay was smart he wouldn’t put Akers back in for the rest of the game

SF matches up well against GB
Rams will play Tompa close

The Akers thing is going to be way overblown.
He was definitely upset once he realized the guy was hurt.

Akers didn't know he was hurt at that moment I don't think. Kind of a bad look when played in slow motion though.

I don’t think Akers knew the severity

It doesn't help that every single commentator loves Baker.

Yea as far as Akers knew in the moment he trucked one of the best safeties in the league, he didn’t know how bad he was hurt.
Could tell he had remorse once it set in

It may just be a division rival thing, but I still can't give the Rams credit for a win until the clock hits 00:00. That being said, they can't do anything wrong tonight, and vice versa for Arizona outside of one drive.

They don't match up well if Bosa and Warner are banged up. Rams will be in trouble unless the offensive linemen that got hurt in the Eagles game can't play. And do you trust Stafford to make the throws he's made tonight against Tampa's defense? Also Brady at his worst isn't even close to as bad as Murray tonight. Plus West Coast team playing early afternoon game on the East coast, usually not a good set up.

Confirmed they will both play.
