How long you been watching boxing? He has been the beneficiary of several dodgy scorecards. He’s also a PED cheat.

I'd love to see Canelo fight Beterbiev. But he'll duck him til he retires.

Canelo beats Beterbiev. The guys now 36 and hasn't fought near the opposition Canelo has.

He does have an impressive record with it being 16-0 with all wins coming by KO, but he hasn't fought anyone of Canelo's caliber.

Why the frick is everyone talking about the scorecards?

What are you, new?

Nobody doubts Canelo’s ability.

What everyone thinks is bullshite is that favoritism tilts the game in his favor. Those scorecards are shameful to the sport of boxing. They are the exact opposite of what happened in the first 7 rounds.

Canelo got lucky and caught Saunders. He deserved the win. Those scorecards are bullshite though.

Canelo had to have seen it and was just waiting on the moment to pull the trigger hard. He missed a couple times before he clipped him.

Saunders corner should have seen it as well as told him to stop dropping his head wide open like that when he went in there... But he obviously didnt.

Besides the Floyd fight which fights did he lose without question?

And I’m one of the true boxing fans on this board, was the first guy to mention Canelo, Errol, and Teofimo

He easily lost the GGG rematch and probably lost the first fight as well.

He lost to Lara. Lost the first GGG fight. He got a 114-114 scorecard against Mayweather when he won 2 rounds at most. The scorecards in the Trout fight were a farce. 2nd GGG fight was at best a draw for Canelo. Nobody has benefited from judging like this since SRL in the 80’s. It’s a laughable farce. You want to tell me Saunders didn’t win 3 rounds tonight?

Seems to be the direction he and his team want to head. Fight Plant to unify all the belts and become the Undisputed Champion.

Who know how much longer Canelo will fight. He's only 30, but he's already got 59 career fights, and that is a lot for a modern day boxer. He's in his prime and hasn't taken much punishment in the ring, but only he knows how much longer he wants to be in that grind and how much money he thinks he needs to live the rest of his life on.

He showed he didn't know what he was talking about in his post. First fight was close. Canelo definitely won the 2nd.

Except he was losing tonight until he caught Saunders with a hell of a punch. Canelo is a generational fighter to be sure but he's not unbeatable. GGG arguably beat him twice and Saunders was on his way to beating him.

Judging in prize fighting is a joke.

He is but I think it is BS that now he is open a third fight with GGG. Both fights were tough fights that could have gone either way. Canelo was waiting for GGG skills to erode even more in his late thirties (He turned 39 last month). The third fight should have happened two years ago. It’s an easy fight for Canelo now.
