All the top talent in the world, and still suck. He's a recruiter, not a coach

Yep. UK board needs to call boosters and get his buy out paid and work something out to trade him to Texas.

Most teams aren’t going to look good against the best team in the country

More than an hour after the game, and Cal hasn't come out for post game conference.

They must be having a come to Jesus meeting in the locker room.

Cal has always been a coach that's done less with more.

Oats sure can though. He’s running the program well top to bottom. On the court, recruiting, transfer portal

Once more than a couple of SEC schools decided they wanted to be good in basketball and hired decent coaches, the con was up for Calipari. He’s great at acquiring players and terrible at coaching them. Always has been.

Cal's player of the year just went off for 4 points. Let's start there.

The worst part is that years of Cal putting the NBA before the school has created apathy towards the program.

It was OK when Cal was winning big but now it's just sucking the life out of the fanbase. Fans don't like him and want him gone but the passion that surrounded the last years of Tubby and Billy Clyde's tenure seems to be gone. What used to be the best fanbase in college basketball is just worn out.

3-35 from 3 point line. Yeesh. Won't win many games period, and especially not against an elite team like Bama.

Still, Cal has them scared if they miss a shot they will get yanked, so it's his coaching style causing this.

Cal is a personal injury lawyer who has the face on the commercials and has others taking all the risks and fronting all the money for him.

At one time he had enough of a rep in the business to get all the prima donnas to play hard for him, but that even seems to be fading.
