I wouldn’t punt to a halfway decent offense but I’d probably punt to Jacksonville

Makes zero true sense to punt there
Now, they will get the ball back with under 2 minutes and no timeouts needing to go about 75-80 yards, or potentially not get the ball back at all
If they go for it, they needed 10 yards for a first and then 50 more yards for a td, with the clock not being an issue

Agreed.
If you don't punt and you don't get it on 4th and 10, then even if Jacksonville gets no yards, they pin you deep probably inside the 10. You have to go 90 yards in under 2 minutes with no timeouts.
At least this way you'll probably only have to go 65 or 70 yards.
