quote:

Bryant visited the Browns this week but left without a contract, and Mary Kay Cabot of cleveland.com reports that Bryant is no longer on the front burner, did not come close to reaching an agreement, and is not expected to sign with the Browns any time soon.

For his part, Bryant reportedly wants to play for a contender, which would seem to mean the Browns aren’t the team for him.

Of course, it remains to be seen if any contender even wants Bryant. The market for him just hasn’t materialized, and the longer he remains unsigned, the less valuable he’ll be because he’ll have less time to learn a new offense and develop a rapport with a new quarterback.

Perhaps some team that suffers a wide receiver injury will decide to give Bryant a call, but for now it seems unlikely that Bryant is going to sign anywhere soon — which also makes it unlikely that Bryant is going to have a productive season, wherever he ends up.

So if you can't get an offer from Cleveland...

Gordon saw Dez creeping and decided his mental health was straight.

The browns are actually good at WR unless Gordon messes up. Juice and Gordon gonna bless em all season

He turned down the Ravens offer of 3/21m iirc

At this point though, teams who needed receivers, addressed that.

the Browns are gonna be a decent team this yr. Got a good amount of money on them winning over 5 1/2 games.

They have a TE that’s emerging too. Plus young stud in Calloway then Hyde and Chubb in backfield.
No more laughing stock

Thank God they passed on Dez, he's just one more rebuilding project they can avoid.

Have a weird feeling he signs with the Pats out of nowhere.

Damn I was hoping to see him on the Browns sidelines screaming at juice for taking all Dez targets.

If I'm not mistaken, he turned down a 3 year deal with the Ravens. I believe he said he just wanted a one year deal to prove himself.
