Bill is super super close with a lot of the old guard at the giants, and is obviously connected with Daboll and Flores, and likely has other connections of holdovers in the building from the Joe Judge era that he is also connected with.

Brian Flores is an idiot, and I'm tired of the racism excuse, it's a crutch to get over and it's been played out. His suit claims that the NFL, specifically the owners profits off the back of labor from primarily black athletes. That these athletes suffer brain injuries all the time and other issues as well. Well, no one is forcing them to play the game, a game that they profit very well from themselves.

The NFL is making huge money off of the fans with ticket sales and merchandise sales through the roof. They also get huge tv contracts as well as others financial avenues that the black athletes or players profit from themselves.
