This season is going to have an asterisk anyhow. Can't take this season serious. And the big ten can thank the SEC and big 12 for showing them how it's done. Football matters, and the big 10 was sissies

Now there's an asterisk because LSU lost nearly their entire roster, and a few returners are opting out?

The “asterisk” I think has more to do with weird season....limited fans, conference-only schedules, weird season, not all players playing, not all conferences playing

Obviously the season won’t have an official asterisk, but it is gonna be a weird season for sure

Regardless, if they’re playing, I want to win...asterisk or no asterisk

Complete waste of time. What has changed over the past month that will make all of those university presidents reverse course and change their minds? Has Coronavirus somehow become less infectious over the past month? Have they come up with a vaccine that has proven to be effective through clinical trials over the past month?

A lot has happened. The CDC coming out with "6%" happened. 94% of Covid deaths had underlying issues. Elite athletes in the prime if their lives have better odds of winning the lottery while getting struck by lightning than they do if dying from the Wuhan flu.

Rutgers and Maryland have no say in this, if they know what is good for them.

From rumors which is all we have as of now it's just the top on your list that will be nos and everyone else is leaning toward yes.

You would think you don't take another vote to vote "no" again so you have to have the yes votes before the vote is taken

Cats Gone Wild has been dancing around for a month talking shite about the Big Ten and Ohio State. Now that "his team" is having issues, the season has an asterisk.

He's a known hypocrite so it's not really surprising.

It’s essentially the schools that have national brands (and split profits with the rest of the conference) vs the Northwesterns, Maryland, and Rutgers

Oh I agree with you. I just personally don't see how any alumi or fan for a school that originally voted no can not lose their collective shite over the admin for now voting yes. Literally nothing has changed because the original report they went off of, same as PAC 12, was the dumbest excuse ever.

Are they now going to magically state that heart issues don't occur after covid.

None of that matters as the majority of people are idiots and have a 5 min memory span so they would forget once the ball is kicked off.

So, is the PAC 12 even thinking about it, or have they completely checked out of sports until they get back around to it sometime next year, if someone happens to bring it up?

Apparently the biggest difference from what people have said is the conference is getting millions of the approved 15 minute tests that they didn’t have before.

No matter the reason, if we get football I celebrate

It benefits trump more to have no football (big 10) as fans would blame their states in charge and would vote for the guy wanting to open everything up.

There’s a reason he hasn’t mentioned the Pac 12.
