Is it up to the team? Or being on the roster when contracts become guaranteed (which is usually in January) Example : Josh Harrellson (jorts) played with the Heat when they won it in 2012-2013. He didn’t get one.

Bud is a great coach. But he was definitely on the hot season very recently. If the 76ers didnt choke v ATL, we'd be singing a very different tune for Bud. The 76ers would have been a great matchup to give Giannis trouble. That would have been a series where they would have needed Middleton to bail them out.
Nonetheless, hindsight 20/20 and whatnot.

All happy for Jrue.
AD carried the Lakers last year and they got stomped without him, so he’s validated too.
But the real tragedy was always Boogie tearing his Achilles when the Pels were the best chance to beat the Durant Warriors.
