1. KANSAS (1-10): (insert obscene gesture here)
2. OREGON STATE (1-10): One loss from a perfect season vs. the FBS
3. BAYLOR (1-10): Finishes with a probable loss @ TCU
4. ILLINOIS (2-9): A loss to Northwestern would make 10 straight
5. NORTH CAROLINA (3-8): Needs more than a win vs. a 7-5 FCS school to get off the list

HONORABLE MENTION: Arkansas

ALSO RECEIVING VOTES: Pittsburgh, Florida State, Nebraska, Maryland, Vanderbilt, Arkansas, Tennessee, Florida

Talk about falling off a cliff.

8 of Baylor's 10 losses have come by a total of 71 points. The other two losses were blowouts (and next week will probably be also). Since I have been following Baylor Football this is by far the youngest team I have ever seen play, this team has the worst offensive line I have ever seen us have, and this team has by far the most injuries. Walk ons are now getting significant playing time. I'm shocked Baylor hasn't been blown out more this year.

They definitely have not consented to being blown out

Their best offensive play yesterday, was when they fumbled the ball. The hogs recovered the ball 35+ yards down field and had a first and goal.

And that wouldn't have happened if the goober from St. had just fallen on the ball instead of trying to pick it up and run with it.

I actually think Illinois is worse than anyone on that list except maybe Kansas. I'd have them at #2. And I also think Vanderbilt is worse than North Carolina. After a promising start, the Commodores have completely collapsed (but I understand that the early-season win against Kansas State makes it hard to put them in the Bottom 5). Otherwise, I agree with the rankings.

And only 1 of those bottom 5 is likely to make a coaching change.
I'd probably put Vandy in there over UNC. They are doing a nice Bob Toledo-like tanking job.

The K State win is the only reason they're not in the bottom 5.

I thought about putting Pitt in bc they lost to UNC. If UNC finishes with a win and Pitt loses to Miami, I'll have no choice but to put Pitt in.
