Very first page of the McDermott firing I beleive I said give Brady the HC and make a good DC hire
You keep continuity on offense for once and allow the DC to just have to be DC

Always a risk hiring a young guy and Brady is no different. He def is stilll learning and smoothing out his game management with play calling. . But I’m happy

it must be written in stone somewhere that the bills and Sabres can’t be good at the same time

Brady could hire McDermott to run the defense

I think Moore is 36 so him and Brady are current youngest.

McVay took his HC job at 30 so not close to the youngest hire though

I also love the media and emotional fans

Last week

“Why the frick would the bills fire such a successful coach when they are so close? Blowing it all up is so dumb!’”

Bills then promote the OC, the actual successful part of their team and reason for the above success

“What the frick!!!!! Why would you not completely blow it up and change everything?????”

Most Bills fans HATE Brady. He is going to have a lot to prove.

The problem with the Bills this year was their defense. Not sure how this hire and keeping the GM addresses that.

If I were a Bills fan I'd be good with it depending on who the DC choice is. I am glad they didn't get Ben Johnson last year or Kubiak this year. I think they for sure go WR with their 1st draft pick.
