I was going by what I heard on Sportscenter when the story broke. I don't even like Worthlessberger.

Granted, it doesn't mean that he DID, either, but to automatically attack the alleged victim, as some are doing here, is wrong on so many levels.

It's also part of the reason that more women don't face their attackers or come forward...

I understand this argument but don't paint women to be helpless in these situations. BR could be completely innocent but he will never shake these accusations.

He could be, which is why I said earlier in the thread that I'm withholding judgment. YOU, on the other hand, are not doing that...

Precisely the reason why the only proper, responsible, and rational thing to do with this story is to WAIT until more details come out before casting judgment in either direction. Rushing to paint this girl as a liar/money-grubbing slut is in poor tast; so is rushing to conclude that BBR is automatically guilty just b/c he's been accused before.

The only thing we can conclude is that BBR hasn't developed better judgment and keeps putting himself in situations where he is susceptible to this kind of shite--guilty or not. Any further conclusions right now are irresponsible and in poor taste.

Has anyone mentioned how this bitch told the authorities Ben's exact height and weight, 6'5" 241lbs. It's what is listed on espn.com.

Funny how that's not in any of the ESPN.com articles that I've read.

It's probably not because:

1. Authorities/Lawyers have since suppressed the original police report, etc...

OR

2. ESPN mistakenly reported that information and has since not included it.

It could go either way.

You are misinformed. I'm definitely a lover, not a hater.

First case doesn't mean anything. The Nevada accuser sent out a lot of incriminating emails, including some that blow up her timeline (she was at her work computer the night of the "attack" when she claims to have gone home).

We'll see about this case. We don't even know what he's being accused of doing.
