So the Big 12 created a court that can display anything and feature probably over a billion colors and they chose to:
1) Use gray, black, and white as the only colors
2) Not have it do anything different or dynamic
What was the effing point? They could've built a traditional court that looked that washed out.

Some huge moment in a big game and a fake sinkhole opens up in front of your PG coming down with the shot clock off
Can't wait

NEWS: The Big 12 will be transitioning to a hardwood court for the remainder of the Big 12 tournament. "The LED glass basketball court has been greeted with mixed reviews, with player saying they have more bounce in their step, but also including feedback that it is slippery"

Having the biggest display screen in a sports arena is awesome. Playing on that screen for games that matter is a different story. This is great for an all star game or some exhibition games where guys are going half speed.
When you need to make an explosive move, having give in the court is a detriment.

What an embarrassment. Feel bad for teams that lost.

The had the opportunity to make an incredible visual product and instead chose a gray, dull as shite court.
Why the hell didn’t they make it livelier?
