Inspired by the Secretariat thread and the upcoming Preakness. What are the best horse names ever?

Spectacular Bid
Bold Ruler
Empire Maker
Raise a Native - very Trumpian...I like it
Twice a Prince
Charismatic

Like the grand, inperialistic names. Could make a different list for the fillies.

I picked Sunday Silence for the Kentucky Derby way back then just for the name.

I still have no idea what it means.

And the horse turned out great.

I was always partial to Seattle Slew. Thought it sounded cool.

Rock Hard Ten

One of the largest horses to ever hit the track.

Not as big as Holy Roller though.

I always wondered what the trainers owners actually called the horses. Surely they have nicknames.
