Affirmed
War Admiral
Barbaro
Plus a few that have already been listed. We used to have a race horse named "Destinys Wildcard". Always liked that name.

If I had a horse I would name it 'Tremendous Machine'

Zenyatta is probably my favorite. I also think Arrogate is a cool name.

wonder if they are ever going to run out of good names?
Are they like hurricanes where they reuse them for claimer horses?
I gotta think if some horse that ran 2 races in 1912 had a really cool name they'd let someone else use it again.
I am sure I could look that up but there are guys here who know stuff so keep the conversation going.)

War Admiral, Ruffian, and Barbaro.
Not a thoroughbred, but Alexander the Great's horse was Bucephalus.

Oh, what could have been. That name stills makes me a little sad.

I picked Sunday Silence for the Kentucky Derby way back then just for the name.
I still have no idea what it means.
And the horse turned out great.
