Rhys Diley. He has an advanced skill set and is making waves on the AAU circuit. If he continues growing he’s an IMG prospect, but that’s obviously speculative.
Yeah from what I hear, he's a stud. He started a ton last year a an 8th grader.

Brewer is scratching the surface. He's got a really bright future. Also looked like a legit WR prospect in his first year playing football.

I think Curtis is a WR prospect as well, but you never know. He was very good as a freshman and Mike develops these guys very very well.

They've got some other tweeners that are great at the HS level but just lack overall size for the college game. I'm a little biased toward the teams from my time there, but These are definitely some of his best. He's got the machine back up and running after Randy got exposed over on Jefferson.

Archbishop Shaw has a Soph & JR with P5 offers. Coach Laurendine had a Lane Kiffin type decision when he chose to head to Brother Martin

I try to keep up with the acadiana area teams as much as possible. My cousins have been coaching for years and I try to follow their teams as much as possible. There is a thing called the battle of the border in Sulphur this week. Bunch of teams from the LA & Texas border playing each other. I plan to check it out.

Chalmette started 2-1 last week…

We have a few new assistants on our sideline. One was a St. Bernard Eagles standout from the 90s and another is our former head coach and parish president…

The teams coming to our Christmas Classic in a few weeks

1. Chalmette
2. Destrehan
3. Phoenix
4. Metairie Park Country Day
5. McDonogh #35
6. West Jefferson
7. Archbishop Shaw
8. Holy Cross
9. Warren Easton
10. St. Paul's

Dunham has their tournament Monday and Tuesday. You will be able to see some good ball. St Michael, Parkview, Southern Lab and Pleasant Hill.

Southern Lab- Lost 2 key pieces to Catholic this year…. What else they got?

St Michael- started with 3 foreign exchange students, down to one I believe. Iknow they have a good guard, but don’t impress me too much this summer.

Parkview -
Sophomore that is legit

St. Paul’s? Ballard and Becnel are their two best players (both guards). Not much size on this year’s team, but a lot of athleticism.

If St. Paul’s is anything like they were last year….they will be undersized, but well coached. Super aggressive, yet disciplined team.

Sounds like your being sarcastic…

But nothing wrong with that if you’ve got a vested interest.

Yea Coach Jones at Madison Prep gets
Them there early.

Fun fact: tried scheduling them last year (LP middle school), and they didn’t wanna play us. Forget they probably didn’t have an open date, but I’m going to stick with the “they were scared” reason… lol
