No fundamentals is a pretty accurate assessment of today's product.
yeah in a league where 7 footers now are regular takers of 15-20 foot jumpers, fundamentals have disappeared
the level of skill and fundamentals in the NBA is very high right now
you're probably one of those guys who thinks that shaq didn't have basketball skills

It's like the last time they watched the NBA, Iverson and Rasheed Wallace were two of the more relevant players
exactly

Iverson, ironically, was liked by a lot of white people because of his heart
he was certainly polarizing, but look at the frickers i just posted (in pics)
people think the NBA = 300 iversons, when it's really nerdy arse guys
also, i love people talking about how there is no intensity/hard fouls but then complaining that there aren't thugs

all started by Amare Stoudemire

oh it's been big for 5 years or so at least
only one of those pics would count as a kanye, to me (the westbrook one)
but people can't tell me that there is some magical thug culture in the NBA when they're dressing and acting completely fine
what prominent player is a thug? zbo maybe?

yea when i moved here and went out on U street(which is gentrifying like a mofo) I got on the metro, and it was full of urban youth
then i looked around and almost all of them had tight jeans, dreads, glasses, and graphic tees
i was like:

Once people realize that Bynum gives 0 fricks, they will be able to embrace him.

way back in the day, i was posting on ftj the night he was drafted. every nba draft we'd post the myspace pages of the kids who just got drafted for professional analysis (and lulz). bynum's was the world record holder of awesomeness
