In discussion with a buddy we came up with this list:

Base Hit (single, double, HR, etc)
Walk
Error
Fielder's Choice
Hit by Pitch
Dropped Third Strike
Defensive Interference (including catcher interference).

We considered a couple of others:

Batted ball hits baserunner - batter awarded first base.

Catcher fields bunt, throw to first hits batter running towards first.

In the former, the batter is awarded a hit, so this is just a subsection of base hit.

In the latter, the catcher is charged with a throwing error, so this is just a error.

Are we missing any?

Intentional Walk. Scored differently than a normal walk if we're being sticklers here

Well yeah, they write IBB in the score book but in official stats an IBB is included in the walk total.

Batted ball hits runner is going to be a fielders choice

Actually, you're wrong. Technically, if an umpire deems a pitcher delivers a pitch to intentionally catch the batter off guard it is ruled a ball. A quick pitch is an illegal pitch and can be called a ball as well. So if there were three balls in either situation the batter would be awarded first base.

If a pitcher doesn't deliver the ball within twelve seconds of the pitcher being ready and the batter being alert and in the box it can also be called a ball.

Wrong. It's a base hit.

an Intentional walk is a walk, but a walk isnt necessarily an Intentional walk.

A batted ball hitting a runner before the defense can make a play on it, would be runners’ interference. That runner is out. A ball that hits a runner, after the infield (other han the pitcher), has been able to make a play on the ball, is safe.

There are only 7 ways to reach 1st base, some say 8 if they separate catcher's interference from defensive interference.

hit, walk, error, FC, HBP, dropped 3rd strike, defensive interference

And all 7 have occurred in the same major league game, six times (half the games were extra inning affairs)

The only team to do in the same game was Baltimore in 2000.

I was the home plate umpire for 16 yr old girls softball team, pitcher struck out 6 batters in one inning, no one scored.

Why the dowvotes?

A balk, without runners on base, is an illegal pitch and is deemed a ball. If the batter had 3 balls before the illegal pitch, then he is awarded the third base.
