Manziel doesn't belong on the list

Putting him over VY and Watson is ridiculous, IMO

Aaron Rodgers had Cal in the top 5 or 10 at one point in 2005.

Cam Newton absolutely belongs at the top of the list. Without Joe Burrow, 2019 LSU likely finishes 10-3 or 11-2. It was uber talented as their players' performances in the NFL has bore out. However, without Cam Newton Auburn finishes 8-5 in 2010. I think they had one other player drafted into the NFL off of that offense. Newton, as much as I hate to admit it, willed that team to a national championship in 2010.

Strictly based on college, as the OP is designed, he does belong on the list.

Where on the list? I’m not unbiased enough to say.

I do believe Cam Newton should be #1 as he is.

You can make a case for Cam, Burrow, Tebow, or Vince for #1.

Don't know what the hell Johnny is doing above Vince...that is dumb as frick.

Cam carried a pretty average team to a title with an outstanding season.

Burrow had the greatest passing season of all time.

Tebow had 3 really great years and probably should have won 2 heismans.

Vince had a great 2005 season but the show he put on in the title game was incredible. over 250 passing over 200 rushing yards and the game winning TD run on 4th down.

Can't really go wrong with Cam, Joe, Tebow, VY. Splitting hairs with those.

Manziel belongs on the list but there's no way I'm takin him over Vince Young.

VY was probably the greatest single game performance of the top 10

As much as I hate AU and Nick Fairly, Cam deserves #1. He carried that team on his back to a natty

Manziel waaaay too high

You could argue Tebow, Vince, Leinart should go over Cam/Joe if just for longevity and excellence over >1 season

Manziel rushed for 1400 yards and 21 touchdowns on top of a pretty good passing year during his Heisman campaign. Absolutely insane. People just like to shite on him.
