They are dreaming... NE, Green Bay, NO 2x, Washington, San Francisco, Seattle, Carolina 2x...
No way in hell they are going 12-4.

Low expectations are good. Means a ton more buthurt saints fans if we exceed their flaming expectations. I like!

That's a tough schedule. Look at those non-division games. Plus all four team in the NFC South are going to be above average this year.

11-5 but we beat the saints twice and earn the tiebreaker thus winning the division.

People tend to forget the Falcons weren't incredibly impressive in the regular season. They barely hung on against many, many inferior times. Should have lost to Arizona, Oakland, and Carolina at home, but of course win in their last second FG manner.
Should have lost to Seattle and blew a 17-0 lead over San Fran.

I'm going to do something foreign to most of these bandwagon saints fans. Be objective.
Falcons are actually worse off personnel wise than last year. I see the right side of the line being an absolutely huge hindrance.
The last Falcons thread on here I was saying the same thing, coming from a football fan, and not as a Saints fan. Not only the RT position, but McClure retried at Center as well.
Also, an already mediocre D-line, IMO, downgraded from Abraham to Osi, and didn't do anything besides mid-late round draft picks to address to rest of the line. I know Seymour is a possibility, but the guy will be 34 this season and missed half the season last year.
CB is also going to be a big issue for them as well. They are going to be relying on 2 rookies to get some serious playing time.
I will say Steven Jackson is an upgrade over Turner (who isn't at the point, though?). But Jackson is on the wrong side of 30, and has been declining every year since 2009.
All homerism aside, and this isn't me trying to talk trash, but Falcon fans- How much better, if any, do you think you guys got this offseason?

Not that I wish injury on anyone, but this team has been fortunate to avoid the injury bug each year and I think they are due for some unlucky "breaks."
No way they sweep the Saints, or anyone in the division. I could easily see them split with Tampa and Caroline and then get swept by New Orleans who always has their number.
Wouldn't surprise me if this is a down year for them. 8-8 or 9-7.

I do feel that you have a better grasp than most on football than most. I would say we went from 8.5 to 9. There is no guarantee on any team, but I give us 85% of post and 75% of the Supe.
